So I've just got back from the doctor's with the good horsepills and the nasty steriods.

Kill or cure.

I'm back from the asthma clnic. The reason I'm having problems getting it back under control is down the the pharmacist who gave me the wrong instructions about how to use the new inhaler. I've not been getting anything like the full dose of the new medication for three weeks.
