Now that was fun and smart and clever and down right enjoyable. It was Ben Edlund plays with the Jose Chung genre of meta genre but it was done well and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was also a nice leavening in tone as much as I love the emo porn Supernatural does so well, I do like that its not a show that drowns itself by wallowing in incessant misery. The funny balances it out and highlights the pain it so it works all the better. And this was damned funny. Going off into the backcloth sunset, Dean and the free food, Dean as Best PA Ever, Dean as Bad Horror Film Fan, the write what you know ripping up of film-making, JP's Gilmore Girls look the whole perfect poetry of the life turned into bad art. Wibble. Plus Dean got some:)

While Smallville did a quasi meta stunt casting with the actress that played Wonder Woman as Chloe's mom. Which was s distracting that it did distract a bit from the Chloe Angst of Doom. It was a shame they had all that totally predictable crap about Lana's pregnancy that never was dragging it down as otherwise it was a great Chloe story. Fears for the girl. Lex seemingly will do anything to stop her becoming his Step-Mom;)
